Job Summary
Provides daily support to team, ensuring consistent communication is disseminated and the appropriate feedback is given to team members on a consistent basis while escalating what is necessary. Ensures students and volunteers working at information desks are properly organized and utilized. Makes sure that other front line areas are given up-to-date information. Assists patient experience manager in making sure performance of staff is at optimal level. Monitors trends, manages data and runs reports for leadership while offering performance improvement ideas. Represents the Office of Patient Experience in meetings and other activities.
Maintains accuracy of the UK HealthCare website, Office of Patient Experience SharePoint site, patient guides, maps, and other materials. Makes suggestions for improvement or additional resources that are needed.
Greets patients, guests, faculty, and staff at multiple locations across the enterprise. Provides information to patients, guests, faculty, and staff. Liaise among departments, facilities, and staff to address the needs of patients, guests, faculty, and staff. Effectively problem solves for patients and guests while instilling confidence in UKHC. Acts as wayfinder for patients, guests, faculty, and staff.
Internal Employee Being Considered (IEBC)

Advanced word processing, office procedures, administrative abilities or database management.

Preferred Education/Experience
Must have high school education or higher and at least 2 years in customer service. History in medical setting highly preferred.
