Account Service Representative
Objective:
To represent S4 and our customers in an atmosphere of professionalism while corresponding with our client’s customers.
Responsibilities:
- Verify all orders coming into the AS area
- Must have a working knowledge of our phone system and WMS and respond to all inbound calls and address as the appropriate client
- Assist in research with customers for tracking, exchanges, returns and product information
- Handle complaints and document them for research by fulfillment
- Process returns in a timely manner
- Must have a good working knowledge of each client and their products
- Process and communicate to fulfillment Expedited shipments
- Assist Account Managers as needed
- Must have a working knowledge of our WMS, PayPal (Verisign) and any website we created for our clients
Required Tasks:
- Answering of inbound customer calls
- Order entry/processing
- Package tracking
- Interaction with other departments. Account Management, Fulfillment, IT & Receiving
- Report management
- Assisting AMs
Skills/Talents:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Products- Excel, Word, etc.
- Need good Excel skills, able to create and sort spreadsheets
- Ability to multi-task and work to resolution
- Able to work independently but also a team player
- Able to take instruction and run with it
Background:
- Must have minimum 2 years of College
- Must have minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Preferred Fulfillment/Distribution experience helpful but not required
