Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design and development of custom designed pressure vessels, sterilizers and mixers.
- Develop, qualify and refine manufacturing processes, including welding, trimming, shearing, rolling, bending, and more to meet all design and business requirements.
- Document and standardize welding, assembly, and other processes and own the creation and modification of manufacturing planning.
- Work with design engineers to evaluate designs for manufacturability and implementation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering role supporting metal fabrication, assembly, or welding.
- No degree in Engineering required with relevant (Mechanical or Electrical) experience (Bachelors or Masters degree a plus)
- Knowledge of metallic manufacturing techniques, processes, and equipment related to welding, metal forming, fastening, and drilling.
- Strong CAD modeling skills
- Mechanical component and/or tooling design and analysis experience
Compensation:
- $85K
- Eligible for Pay increase after mid-year or annual performance review
- Eligible for Medical Insurance, 401k employer matching
- PTO accrual of 1 week per year for 1st year and 2 weeks per year after one year employment, 15 paid Holidays per year
