Production and a la carte cooks needed. Reviews the daily menu, prepares and cooks meals (entrée, starch, and vegetables). Experience providing quality
customer services including needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Working knowledge of HACCP sanitary practices relating to food handling and ServSafe certification is strongly
preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
